General Conditions of lettsdream.com

1- General: These general sales conditions apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Letts Dream, with N.I.F. number 51729748-B. Any order made to Letts Dream necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive, and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Sales Conditions of Letts Dream, valid on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new conditions are communicated by Letts Dream. The fact that lettsdream.com does not invoke any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver to invoke them in the future or the past. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.

2- Prices: The prices published in Letts Dream are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in Letts Dream.

3- Different Payment Methods: When placing the order, the customer must pay for their purchases in lettsdream.com using the following payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer. If you choose PayPal, you can pay with a credit card using PayPal’s payment gateway. Payment via virtual POS is completely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted through a bank validation server using SSL encryption protocol (encryption technology whose acronym stands for “Secure Socket Layer”).

4- Product: The offers presented by Letts Dream are valid within the limit of available stocks. Letts Dream reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

5- Shipping: The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer in the Letts Dream registration. There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, delays will not imply order cancellation or any compensation. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt. Shipments will only be made to Spain and the Portuguese mainland, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands. For shipments to the rest of the world, contact Letts Dream to calculate shipping costs.

6- Reception, Returns, and Cancellations Policies:

• Order Reception: You will receive your order via courier. It will be available within 24-48 hours (business days) from the moment the payment is made, and the transfer is effective. Orders received after 16:00 Spanish time are considered received the next day for shipping purposes. If it is a Friday, the shipment will leave our warehouses the following Monday. You can also pick it up at the local without additional shipping charges.

• Order Returns:

  • Changes and/or returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Letts Dream.

  • The purchase receipt is essential for any change or claim within a maximum period of 15 days. Returned merchandise without labeling or sealing will not be accepted. Refunds for returns are made using the same payment method as the order, excluding shipping costs.

  • Letts Dream sends items in perfect condition, but if for any reason the product is defective, Letts Dream will bear the return shipping costs and proceed to replace the item with one of the same characteristics or, if preferred, refund the purchase amount.

  • In returns, size changes, or similar, for orders from mainland Spain, return shipping costs will be borne by Letts Dream, and the item will be replaced.

  • In returns, size changes, or similar, for orders from other countries, except mainland Spain, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

THE PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Send an email to Letts Dream indicating all personal details and the reason for the return and/or exchange.

2. Letts Dream will approve the change and/or return via email and proceed to request a pickup in the case of mainland Spain. If the order is from other countries, the customer must make the return on their own, and once the merchandise is received, Letts Dream will make the pertinent refund.

3. For shipments outside mainland Spain, the returned item must be sent by the customer at their own expense (except in the case of a defective item). The shipment must be made by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt (to provide for any claim in case of loss) to the following address: Calle Triana 10, Madrid 28016. It can also be done by courier service.

• Order Cancellations: An order can be canceled at any time before confirming the purchase by navigating back, and the order will not be processed. If the purchase has already been confirmed (you have received the confirmation email), you must contact Letts Dream via info@ettsdream.com or by phone at 699739215. If the shipment has not been dispatched, it can be canceled. If it has already been dispatched, it must be returned once received.

7- Data Protection Policies:

• Data Protection: In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the interested party is informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated into an automated file owned by Letts Dream, located at Calle Triana 10, Madrid 28016. All information requested through the purchase form will be used for processing and sending the purchased products. You may also receive information about the company and its products at your email address. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition at any time by email to info@lettsdream.com.
